How long is the shipment process?It may take up to 2 business days to ship your orders. Depending on your shipping address, the delivery process usually takes between 3-7 business days. While we aim to ship your order timely, the courier may encounter occasional delays.
Will I receive a tracking number?
If you provided an email address when you ordered, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided once it has been fulfilled. If you did not provide an email address when you ordered but wish to receive a tracking number, please contact us.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all areas within Canada reached by ICS Courier. At the moment, we do not ship to the United States or other countries outside of Canada. For information about Indomie in another country, please visit our Indomie Global.
May I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order for normal priced items before we ship your orders out. Please email us As Soon As Possible with your order number and we can get it taken care of for you. If the order was already shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us for more information.
May I return my order?
