Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order for normal priced items before we ship your orders out.Please email us As Soon As Possible with your order number and we can get it taken care of for you. If the order was already shipped, it cannot be canceled. 

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us at order@indocanadamarketing.com with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Why can’t I find the seasoning packs when I ordered 2 boxes of noodles and seasoning packs?

The seasoning packs are typically placed inside the Indomie noodle boxes. Please open each box and check carefully, as the seasoning may be packed with the noodles to ensure safe transit.

If the seasoning packs are not inside the boxes, please contact us with your order number and details of the items received, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Shipping

How are shipping costs charged?

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping destination, and the shipping method selected at checkout. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement, as specified on our website or promotional materials. Free shipping eligibility is based on the total of your purchase. Below are the exemptions:

  • CAD 0 - CAD 15 = CAD 10 
  • CAD 16 - CAD 29 = CAD 5
  • Above CAD 30 = FREE SHIPPING

Different rates for the Northern Territory may apply.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to all areas within Canada reached by ICS Courier or Purolator. At the moment, we do not ship to the United States or other countries outside of Canada. For information about Indomie in another country, please visit ourIndomie Global.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It may take up to 2 business days to ship your orders.

Depending on your shipping address, the delivery process usually takes between 3-10 business days. While we aim to ship your order timely, the courier may encounter occasional delays.

Will I receive a tracking number?

If you provided an email address when you ordered, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided once it has been fulfilled. If you did not provide an email address when you ordered but wish to receive a tracking number, pleasecontact us.

Why did I receive only one box when I ordered multiple boxes?

For orders with multiple boxes, we may ship them in separate, each with a unique tracking number. While deliveries are usually staggered by 1 to 2 days, it is possible for some packages to arrive on the same day. Please refer to the individual tracking numbers provided to monitor the status of each shipment. Rest assured, all items are on their way and will arrive shortly.

If you haven't received all your items within 1-2 days after the first shipment, please contact us with your order number and a list of the items ordered, and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns and Refunds

May I return my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

Expiry Date

How can I determine if my product is expired?

To check the expiration date of your product, please refer to the date printed on the packaging. Note that our expiration date format is YY/MM/DD (Year/Month/Day)
