We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping across Canada via ICS Courier or Purolator. Currently, we do not ship to the United States or internationally.
Order Processing
- Orders are shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Deliveries typically take 3–10 business days.
- Occasional delays may occur due to courier issues.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are based on order weight, destination, and method.
- Costs will be calculated at checkout.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to address issues or other uncontrollable reasons:
- We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply), or
- You may request a refund (less the original shipping cost, including any free shipping discounts).

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your package in real-time.

Refund & Return Policy
All purchases are final sale due to the ingestible nature of our products. However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are available if:
- The item was damaged, incorrect, or missing.
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Failed Delivery
If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address:
- We will issue a refund minus shipping costs (including any free shipping).
- You may request reshipment, but additional fees will apply.
How to Report an Issue

- Your order number
- A photo of the incorrect or damaged item (if applicable)
Once verified, we will provide instructions for your refund or replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
