Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare ½ kg chicken (5–6 pieces) or ½ kg beef, cut into desired pieces. Prepare fried shallots as garnish.
2. Stir-fry 1 sachet of Racik Gulai seasoning until fragrant. Add the chicken or beef and stir evenly until the meat changes color and releases its juices.
3. Add 2–3 cups of water (approximately 500–750 ml) and stir well. Cook until the meat is tender and the sauce thickens, approximately 30–60 minutes, or until desired consistency.
4. Serve hot and garnish with fried shallots.
