1. Sponsor & Eligibility

The sponsor of this promotion (“Contest”) is Indomie Canada (“Sponsor”).
Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Québec) who are of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, as well as their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 AM ET on November 12, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 1, 2025 (“Contest Period”).

All completed purchases made through Indomie Canada’s official online store (indomieonline.ca) during this time will count toward each customer’s total spend.

3. How to Qualify

• Customers automatically participate by making purchases on indomieonline.ca during the Contest Period.
• To be eligible, each participant must also be subscribed to the Indomie Canada newsletter at the time of winner selection.
• At the end of the Contest Period, the top 10 customers with the highest total spend (based on completed, non-cancelled orders) will be declared winners.
• No separate entry form is required.

4. Prizes

All vouchers are redeemable on indomieonline.ca.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners are determined strictly by verified total spend during the Contest Period.
• Only customers who are subscribed to the Indomie Canada newsletter will be eligible to win.
• In the event of a tie, the earlier completed order will receive priority.
• Winners will be contacted by email within 14 days after the Contest ends.
• Each winner must confirm acceptance within 7 days of notification.
• If a winner cannot be reached, declines, or is not subscribed, the next highest spender will be selected.
• Prizes will be sent within 30 days of confirmation.

6. General Conditions

• Limit one prize per person.
• Purchases made using fraudulent or duplicate accounts will be disqualified.
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Sponsor reserves the right to verify purchase totals, eligibility, and newsletter subscription status.
• Sponsor may cancel or amend the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or other factors affect its integrity.
• By entering, participants agree to abide by these Rules and all Sponsor decisions, which are final.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used only for administering this Contest and fulfilling prizes, in accordance with Indomie Canada’s Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
