Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare ½ kg chicken (5–6 pieces), cut into desired pieces. Prepare fried shallots as garnish.
2. Stir-fry 1 sachet of Racik Opor Ayam seasoning until fragrant. Add the chicken and stir evenly until it changes color and releases its juices.
3. Add approximately 1½ cups of water (400 ml) and stir well.
4. Cook until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens, approximately 30 minutes, or until desired consistency.
5. Serve hot and garnish with fried shallots.
